Mehrangarh Fort
Located in Jodhpur, Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest forts in the country. It is located at the top of a 410 feet elevated hill and guarded by huge walls. The fort encloses a museum now which exhibits various belongings of the royals. The palace was built by Rao Jodha in 1459.

Umaid Bhawan Palace
Voted as the Best Hotel in the world, Umaid Bhawan Palace is also a major tourist attraction in Jodhpur. In 1944, it was the last of the greatest palaces built in Jodhpur. It is named after the then Maharaja of Jodhpur, Raja Umaid Singh. Because of its location on the highest point in Jodhpur, the Chittar Hill, it is also referred to as the Chittar Palace. It is one of the largest private residences in the world.

Jaswant Tada
Jaswant Tada is a royal cenotaph built in white marble. It has a small pond and a pretty garden next to it. This structure is just a few minutes downhill walk from the main fort, so there is no need to take a ride.

Mandore Gardens
Mandore Gardens is located about 10 kilometres from the city of Jodhpur. The garden contains cenotaphs which are built like traditional Hindu temples unlike other cenotaphs. The garden also contains a ruined fort and palace.

Kailana Lake
Kaylana Lake is located 8 km west of Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India. It is an artificial lake, built by Pratap Singh in 1872. The lake spreads over an area of 84 km2. In ancient times this region had palaces and gardens made by two rulers of Jodhpur - Bhim Singh and Takhat Singh. These were destroyed to make Kaylana Lake.

Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park
Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park was created in 2006 to try and restore the natural ecology of a large, rocky wasteland next to Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur. It had suffered years of neglect and was over run by baavlia (Prosopis juliflora), an invasive, thorny shrub introduced from central America almost a century ago.

Machiya Biological Park
The Jodhpur Zoo was established by Maharaja of Jodhpur H.H. Umaid Singhji in year 1935. The Zoo is situated within the premises of the "Public Park" popularly known as Umaid Udhyan, Jodhpur. Various enclosures of the Zoo are mostly situated on the peripheral portion of the public park i.e. Umaid Udhyan. Within the Umaid Udhyan area are also centrally situated the 'Public Library' named "Sumer Sarvajanik Vachnalaya" and the museum named "Sardar Sangrahalaya".

Masuriya Hill
